\ After completion of all developing and testing, the Contractor shall remove the test pump and then sand pump the well, cleaning to the bottom of the well. Contractor shall cap well by installing standard l6~inch welding flange and 16" blind flange. Material to be furnished by Contractor, DAILY LOG AND REPORT: Contractor shall maintain and furnish to the Engineer, a dally drilling report showing accurately the formation and type of materials encountered, as well as such other information as the Engineer may require from time to time. Contractor shall obtain samples of all formations encountered during drilling operation, said samples to be placed in Mason Jars to be furnished by Contractor; depth at which each sample obtained shall be labeled on the Jar, PACKING BETWEEN CASING AMP CONDUCTOR PIPE: After casing has been Installed, Contractor shall pack space between casing and conductor pipe with cement and sand grout, 50$ cement and 50$ s£M, pumped under pressure between the two casings and extending as far as possible into formation at the bottom of the conductor pipe, STRAIGHTNESSi Contractor agrees that when well is completed it shall be straight .enough for the installation and successful operation of a shaft driven deep well turbine pump with bowls that will measure 15*3/8 Inches in diameter, Casing shall be caged to a depth of 200 feet below top of well, REDUCTION IN SIZE Qg CASING; If in the course of drilling said 16 inch well, should it become impracticable to continue with 16 inch well casing beyond 500 foot depth, the Contractor may, with the approval of the Engineer, proceed with the work of drilling said well to the required depth using the next size casing most practical, which shall be not less than 12 inch I,D, double water well casing 8 gauge. Minimum amount of 16 ineh easing to be installed from top of well shall be 500 feet.
