Pile 174-2 . ^plying to your letter of March 7, 1950, concerning the bill for water service by Lincoln District No. 1* County Power believe 1 detailed to Mr* Calvin M. Cory the m Xone ied up to the Receivership in the suit by the Town of Pioche against Amalgamated Pioche Mines and Smelters Corporation, which was the old private water company. The Receiver was discharged by the Court and all of the transfer papers have been approved by the authorities concerned.
