On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing rider C.L.D. No. 10261, dated September 20, 1949, extending to October 15, 1950, term of lease agreement Audit No. 10377, dated October 10, 1946, expiring October 15, 1949, with J. M. Robertson, J. B. Kitt and L. L. Bendinger, doing business as Signal Pipe Line Construction Company (assigned April 25, 1949, to Signal Pipe Line Corp.), covering lease of premises for warehouse and storage purposes, located at Signal Hill, Calif.; rental $225.00 per annum; subject to termination by either party upon thirty days’ written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing letter-agreement ”N”L.D. 2312, dated September 21, 1949, with Nevada Construction Company, covering the construc­tion and laying of 6540 ft. of 12” and 10” cast iron water mains to serve South Fifth Street, Oakey Ave. and Huntridge District, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $10,810, plus actual cost of premium on Surety Bond; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Asst. -3-
