\ Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing C.L.D. No. 14565, LVL&WCo. LS Deed Audit No. 5967 dated July 9 , 1963, whereby Las Vegas Land and Water Company grants to Wallace S. Warnock and Barbara Ann Warnock, husband and wife, William Z. Bancroft and Mary P. Bancroft, husband and wife, and M. Robert Howard and Patricia Howard, husband and wife, that certain parcel of land situate in the City of Industry, County of Los Angeles, State of California, being Lot 1 , Block 21 of Tract No. 1343, excepting therefrom the southeasterly 195 feet of the northeasterly 103 feet thereof, also excepting all minerals and all mineral rights in and to said land in the following language: "Excepting from this conveyance the property excepted in, and this conveyance being subject to the reservations made in, that certain deed dated May 22, 19 6 1, from E. C. Woodward and Citizens National Bank (formerly Citizens National Trust & Savings Bank of Los Angeles) as Trustees under the Will of August V. Handorf, deceased, Grantors, to Las Vegas Land and Water Company, a Nevada corporation, Grantee, conveying the same property as herein conveyed and other land, said exceptions and reservations therein being as follows: 'EXCEPTING from this grant and reserving unto the Grantors, their successors and assigns, forever, all minerals and all mineral rights of every kind and character now known to exist or hereafter discovered, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, oil and gas and rights thereto, together with the sole, exclusive and perpetual right to explore for, remove and dispose of said monerals by any means or methods suitable to the Grantors, their successors and assigns, but without entering upon or -6-
