T. 20 S., R. 61 I., W.D.B.&K., for etreet purposest Xt will he impossible for the Railroad to convey this parcel to the City at this time due to the fact that the §S| ef Section. 31 is Included with other land in the proposed conveyance to Las Vegas Vallsy Water District. You will note that in the Las Vegas Review Journal of Tuesday, December 9th, District Director Tom Campbell states that the Las Vegas Valley Water District and the Union Pacific Railroad Company are in complete agreement on the sale of water facilities, and X have been advised by our Legal Department that due to the complexity of the agreement with the District It would be impossible to make the necessary revisions which would be caused by conveyance to the City of any portion of the land already proposed to be conveyed to the District. €i , — December 15. 195* files 503 Attentions Mr. John A.
