Gentlemen: The purpose of this letter is to call to your attention the provision^ of the deed to your company executed originally in 1902, whereby^ four miners inches of water (California measurement) are to "be made available at all times for irrigation oaf the Stewart Burial Plot, being four acres in theNEj- SEjrSec. 27, T. 20 S., R. 61 E,, M. D. H. The reservation further provides ”t|je waters from Yegas Creek shall at no time be diverted in such manner as to interfere with the rights herein reserved, unless provision shall otherwise be made...... to convey to the tract of land so reserved, the water aforesaid, for use as aforesaid*” I wish to advise you that no water has been available for this land for the past three weeks, and that unless immediate action is taken by you to comply with the provisions above set forth, that I will be forced to take legal action in the matter.
