Laraveyt I have had prepared and attach hereto the original and two copies of a proper form of deed. ‘ I note that Mr. Calvin desires this submitted to him for execution, and I suggest that when you mail it you forward the map also. There is enclosed an abstract-of-title, covering the property. This I have executed as Secretary for the Las Vegas Land and Water Go..
