?T Bear Sir: Referring to our conversation to-day and understanding that you desire a statement to the effect that the lots which you are now offering for sale at Las Vegas, Hevada, are all included in the original ’’Clark*s Las Vegas Townsite": You are at liberty to show this letter to any one malting any inquiry relative to this matter.
