    Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. VARIANCE APPLICATION The recommendation from the Regional Planning Commission concerning the request of Richard N. Prieth Richard N, Prieth to construct and operate a trailer court between the NE corner of 2nd Street and Wyoming Avenue and South 5th Street was presented to the Board for their consideration. Commissioner Bunker moved the following resolution be adopted: RESOLUTION WHEREAS, on the 16th day of January, 1952, Richard N. Prieth filed an application with the Regional Planning Commission to rezone Lots 7 and 8, Block 7, Boulder Addition from R-3 (Limited Multiple Residence) Use District to C-2 (General Commercial) Use District in order to accomodate a trailer park; and WHEREAS, on January 31, 1952, the Regional Planning Commission held a Public Hear­ing on this application for zone change at which time arguments were presented by all in­terested parties; and WHEREAS, on January 31, 1952, the Regional Planning Commission unanimously voted to deny the application on the ground that it would be detrimental to surrounding property values; and WHEREAS, such decision was filed with the Board of City Commissioners on February 5, 1952, recommending that such zone change not be granted, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the recommendation of the Regional Planning Com­mission that the area described as Lots 7 and 8, Block 7, Boulder Addition not be rezoned from R-3 (Limited Multiple Residence) Use District to C-2 (General Commercial) Use District be and the same hereby is approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Com­missioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. VARIANCE APPLICATION The recommendation of the Regional Planning Commission on the application of William Cecil William Cecil for variance to construct an additional house in an R-1 zone at 2217 Ash Avenue, was presented at this time. Commissioner Whipple moved the following resolution be adopted: RESOLUTION WHEREAS, on the 29th day of January, 1952, William R, Cecil filed an application with the Regional Planning Commission for permission to construct a single family building on the front of a lot zoned R-1 (Single Family Residence) Use District located at 2217 Ash Avenue and described at Lot 14, Block 1, Gibson and Jones Addition; and WHEREAS, on February 28, 1952, the Regional Planning Commission held a public hearing on this application for variance, at which time arguments, were presented by all interested parties; and WHEREAS, on February 28, 1952 the Regional Planning Commission approved the am­ended application, the original having been for a duplex building, on the ground that such variance would not result in material damage to other properties in the vicinity or be detrimental to the public welfare; and WHEREAS, such decision of the Regional Planning Commission was filed with the Board of City Commissioners on March 5, 1952, recommending that such variance be granted, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the recommendation of the Regional Plan­ning Commission that William R, Cecil be granted permission to construct a single family building on the front of Lot 14, Block 1, Gibson and Jones Addition, be and the same hereby is approved, provided, however, that the privileges granted be utilized in accord­ance with the time limit provided by ordinance. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none, WESTSIDE PARK - Commissioner Bunker moved the change in ownership of Westside Park Subdivision, as Change of Owners recommended by the Regional Planning Commission be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. USE PERMIT - The recommendation of the Regional Planning Commission on the application of Richard Truesdell Richard S, Truesdell for a Use Permit to operate a business making molded concrete barbeque pits at 624 West Bonanza was presented at this time. Commissioner Bunker moved the following resolution be adopted: RESOLUTION WHEREAS, on the 21st day of February, 1952, Richard Truesdell filed an application with the Regional Planning Commission for a Use Permit to allow the operation of a business making molded concrete barbeque pits at 624 Bonanza Road in a C-2 (General Commercial) Use District; and WHEREAS, on February 28, 1952 the Regional Planning Commission held a public hear­ing on this application for use permit, at which time no objections were raised an no commu­nications protesting the granting of said Use Permit were received; and WHEREAS, on February 28, 1952 the Regional Planning Commission approved such appli­cation for use permit on the ground that such variance would not result in material damage to other property in the vicinity or be detrimental to the public welfare; and
