Johnson - Los Angeles: Referring to your letter of March 20, 1956, your file 733*N concerning Easement "N"L.D. 2995 covering 15 ft* strip of land in the NW£ of the NE^ of Section 33» T* 20 S., R. 61 E., M.D.B&M. in favor of Las Vegas Valley Water District for water pipe line purposes: Attached for your further handling to execution by the District and the Railroads are duplicate originals and four extra copies of above easement, approval copy of which bears signatures of local officers* Law Department advises said easement may be executed on behalf of the Railroad Company by the President, pursuant to Sec. 5» Article V, of the UPRR By-Laws, and Sec* 2, Article V, of the LA&SL By-Laws, attested by the Secretary or Assistant Secretary and acknowledged before a Notary Public* Att* APR 18 1956 L. - C.
