Bennett! -JlS' ( cc - Hr# Wm#Reinhardt \ - waigrtehe mceonpty of Mr# W#H, Johnson#) At the request of Mr# W#H# Johnson, I have prepared and transmit herewith duplicate originals and two extra copies of proposed agreement, SN*L#B# 2592, between the LAS VEGAS LAND AND Wit ER COMPANY and LONGLEY CONSTRUCTION CO#, INC., a Nevada Corporation with address at 421 West Bonanza Road, Las Vegas, Nevada, covering necessary labor, tools and equipment to install water mains, replace a portion of existing water main, install check: valves and connections and remove and replace asphalt pavement where necessary in West Charleston Blvd#, Las Vegas# If said agreement meets with your approval, will you please approve as to form and transmit to Mr* Johnson for further handling# I also enclose herewith extra copy of agreement for your files.
