Las Vegas * Dec ember 21* 1953 V 23-1-119 Mr. Win. Reinhardt - Loa Angelas oo: Mr. H. L. Adana on X am submitting herewith for Mr. Adamson’s use in preparing maps and exhibit prints of area now being subdivided by Hears Associates of Nevada who have recently incorporated and are now Known as Twin a Lakes, Inc.* in area lying northerly of Washington Street and southerly of Highway 95* Las Vegas* Nevada. This map Includes four subdivisions which will be known as Heers Subdivision Nevada 1* map for which has already been furnished you* Twin Lakes Unit No. 2* separate map for which has already been furnished you* Twin Lakes Unit No. 3 and Twin Lakes Unit No. h. The dividing line between Twin Lakes Units numbers 3 and h will be furnished you in the near future. Would appreciate if Mr. Adamson would plat this entire development on his maps so that when X submit data for water lines to serve this area* the work of plating these subdivisions on his maps will have already been completed which will facilitate the furnishing of exhibits whloh X will request in the near future. This entire area is being rapidly developed by the Heers Associates and X am somewhat concerned about being able to furnish sufficient water with adequate pressure to this entire area when entire development is complete. However* as one means of increasing our capacity for serving this area I plan to increase the pressure In our Bonanza Village Pump House by resetting the present pressure switches from a high of ho lbs* to a high of 6o lbs. which will be a big help.
