\ RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing rider nNnL.D. 2248, dated March 14, 1949, terminating effective March 15, 1949, agreement Audit No. 10407, dated June 1, 1947, expiring July 1, 1952, with J. E. Hughes and F. J. Purdy, a co-partnership doing business as Nevada Iron & Metals, Ltd., covering premises on North Main Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, used for office and scale site; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing rider C.L.D. No. 10027, dated March 25, 1949, extending to and including April 9, 1950, term of agreement C. A. No. 10235, dated March 22, 1943, expiring April 9, 1949, with A. Meyers, an individual, doing business as Western Transportation Company, covering lease of garage building in vicinity of Aliso and Myers Streets, Los Angeles, Calif.; rental $380.92 per month, plus any additional rental required under the provisions of said lease; subject to termination by either party on thirty days* notice; Lessor agreeing to carry fire and extended coverage insurance in sufficient amount to cover the insurable value of the building, and Lessee agreeing to pay to Lessor the premium on such insurance; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing lease agreement C. A. No. 10494, dated April 27, 1949, with J. Ea Hughes, doing business as Nevada Iron & Metals, Ltd., Lessee, covering premises on North Main Street, -5-
