\ called "Subdivider", providing: 1. Subdivider at its expense to furnish all necessary materials and labor to construct approximately 1590 LF of 8” and approximately 7970 LF of 6" cast iron water mains and approximately 130 LF of 6 ” cast iron fire hydrant connections to serve Eastwood Tract No. 2, Las Vegas, Nevada; 2. Company to refund to Subdivider at quarterly intervals 35$ of monthly revenue received by it from customers located within Eastwood Tract No. 2 taking service from water lines so installed for a period of ten years from date of completion of said installation or until Subdivider has been repaid the agreed sum of $32,1^90.00, whichever first occurs; 3. Company to own said water mains; 1|. Subdivider to furnish Company necessary easements where said water main is to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys together with S i n 0f Sale and Policy of Title Insurance; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing agreement "N"L.D. 2702, dated July 31, 1953, between LVL&WCo., called "Company", and Federal Development Co., Inc., called "Subdivider", providing: 1. Subdivider at its expense to furnish all necessary materials and labor to construct approximately 1,175 LF of 8" and approximately 3,793 LF of 6" cast iron water mains and approximately 120 LF of 6" cast iron fire protection laterals for 12 hydrants to serve Westleigh Tract No. ^ Las Vegas, Nevada; -6-
