\ On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Johnson in executing Agreement C.L.D. No. l4523» dated May 29> between Las; Vegas Land and Water Company and Western Auto Supply Company, covering lease of site at 325^- Leonis Boulevard, Vernon, California, together with warehouse and office building and spur track locat­ed thereon; term commencing on May 16, 19&3 an<^ extending to and including October 3 1 , 1963, rental $2,500.00 per month, payable monthly in advance, premises to be used for storage, warehouse and other purposes incident to the handling of business conduct­ed by Lessee5 be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. Following Authority for Expenditure Request, approved by the President, was submitted for ratification; W. 0. No. 9, issued May 17, 1963* retire­ment of portion of Lots 23 and 36, Tract No. 1343, and portion of vacated Lomitas Avenue, containing an area of 14-.903 acres, City of Industry, California, which property was conveyed to Concal Company by LVL&WCo. LS Deed Audit No. 5912, dated November 29, 1962. Credit Account - Land and Public Improvements - City of Industry, California - Sold, $131,065.00; Charge­able Sale Price, $181,306.00; Creditable to Profit on Sales of Real Estate, $50,241.00; and Estimated Cost of Removal of Property Retired Chargeable to Profit on Sales of Real Estate, $10,251.00.
