P.S. - Mr. L. R.' Maag m I see you did not receive copy of Mr. Sutton's statement sent to me with his letter of March l8th, and I am therefore enclosing a copy. I am also enclosing copy of my letter to Mr. Campbell of April 20th. I assume that if the District actually has local accountants, they will want to come over and see you, and then they may want to have you request the presence of some accountants from the Company to go over matters with them, and you can probably arrange that with Mr. Sutton.
