Los Angeles, February 5, 1942 File 77-8 Mr. Walter R. Bracken: I enclose duplicate originals and one extra copy of agreement between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Ed. W. Clark, A. E. Cahlan and A. C. Grant relating to the provisions of paragraph 9(c) of deed dated December 13, 1941. After considering Mr. McNamee*s draft accompanying his letter to me of February 3rd I believed it advisable to draw an agreement interpreting the meaning of these provisions of the deed rather than to change them. If the form of the agreement is satisfactory to you and Mr. McNamee, please have it executed by the grantees of the deed and submit it to our executives for execution.
