S I P S THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the of December, 1950, by and between LAS 'VEGAS LAND AND MATER COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called ‘'Company”, Party of the Eirst Part, and FEDERAL HOMES, INC., a Nevada Corporation, with place of business located at Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter called “Subdivider”, Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: R E C I T A L S WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of distributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in subdividing Block One (1) Beverly Green Tract as per plat thereof on file and of record in Book of Plats at Page ( ^ , Clark County Nevada Records, all in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, and has made application to the Company to extend its water mains as follows: Commencing at a connection with the existing water main in Oakey Blvd., at the northerly end of Block 1, Beverly Green Tract, thence southerly 800 feet to an end at Canosa Ave; then commencing at a connection with the line above described at a point between Lots 7 and 8, then westerly 120 feet to an end at Beverly Way. WHEREAS, the Company is willing to make said extensions in accordance with its Rule 9A on file with the Public Service Commission of the State of Nevada, approved January l6, 19k0; and WHEREAS, the estimated cost of making the extension applied for is $2210.00, and delivery of 800 feet of 10” cast iron water pipe to the company, with an agreed upon value of $1760.00. - 1 - M w M m i I I B E
