Las Vegas - December 20, 1948 ¥ 23-1-42 Mr. L. A. White; Your memo December 18th, file BD 3-2, regarding credit papers remitted with Form 6, November 30th: This covered easements for pipe line constructed in South Fifth Street Tract under ¥0 - 574, completed December 31, 1947. We found that the easement originally submitted by sub-divider, recordation charges for which were included in closeout, did not properly describe location of pipe line, so we obtained new easements. As the Work Order had been closed, we submitted recordation charges to 0. S. & E. A. M. Folger
