I explained to them that Rule 9-C was no longer in effect and that the extension would have to be made under Rble 9-A which provides that they advance the full cost, refunds to be made on the 50$ basis of revenues over a period of 10 years. This Is agreeable to them. I estimated the cost at 12,900.00. Question arises as to whether we are authorised to make this extension under WPS Utilities Order U-l or whether a special ap >11 cation should be made to cover, 'fill be glad to have you discuss this with Ur, Keeble.
