Please note the following quotation from the permit issued by City of Las Vegas to Las Vegas Land and Water Company February SI, 1930, Paragraph 4t "Said Permittee and its successors and assigns will install and maintain all fire plugs of such design as may be designated and located within City limits at such points as the Board City Comiais si oners or Chief of Fire Department of said City of Lae Vegas may, from time to time designate, at actual cost of labor and material, the same to be paid for by the said City upon presentation of verified claim or claims therefor to said City in the manner required by law.
