PRESENT: Harley A. Harmon, Chairman H. R. Martin, Commissioner A. M. Smith, Commissioner Lee So Scott, Secretary. O R D E R During the last few months many complaints have reach­ed the Commission that utility companies are deviating from their rules and regulations and schedules of rates on file with this Commission; and IT APPEARING that it would be in the public interest to have each utility again file i ts rules and regulations and schedules of rates with this Commission. IT IS ORDERED that each electric, gas, water, sewer telephone and telegraph company shall again file its rules and regulations and schedules o f rates with the Commission p r i o r to May 15. 1936. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that nothing herein shall bo construed as requiring the Commission to approve any or all rules and regulations and schedules of rates so filed.
