% May 24, 1951, between LVL&WCo., called "Company”, and Nevada Mortgage & Loan Co., called "Subdivider", providing: 1 - Subdivider, at its expense, to furnish necessary labor and materials to construct 2620 lin. ft, of 6" cast iron water main to serve Blocks 1 and 2, Mountain View Estates Tract 1, Las Vegas, Nevada, at agreed cost of $8,130.00, and at its own expense, construct 470 lin. ft. of 6" fire lines; 2 - Company to refund to Subdivider 50$ of monthly revenue received from consumers located upon said Blocks 1 and 2 taking service from the water mains so installed for period of ten years from date of completion of said installation, or until Subdivi^er has been repaid the agreed upon sum of $8,130.00, whichever occurs first; 3 - Subdivider to furnish Company necessary easements where said pipe lines are to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys; 4 - Subdivider to furnish Company bill-of-sale for said water mains and said fire lines; 5 - Company to own said water mains and said fire lines; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. Following Authority for Expenditure Request, approved by the President, was submitted for ratification: A. F. E. No. 10 (W. 0. #675), issued May 24, 1951; Las Vegas, Nev„; constructing 2,150 ft. of 6" cast iron water main from connection with 6" water main in Hastings Avenue at alley to serve Blocks 1 and 2 of Mountain View Tract 1 and 470 ft. of 6" cast iron fire protection mains for 4 fire hydrants. Total estimated expenditure, $10,930, chargeable to Investment in Water System-Las Vegas, Nevada. -2-
