I agree.LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION F.M•C.Corporation On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Bailey and Assistant Secretary How in executing C. L« D. 15727, dated May 26, 1967 with FMC Corporation granting option to purchase two parcels of land described as Parcel No* 1 and Parcel No. 2 in said option agreement, at City of Industry, California, option to purchase parcel No. 1 to continue in effect for a period of one year from May 26, 1967 or until Purchaser shall have given written notice to Land Company of its desire to release said option, purchase price is $98,343.00 plus any assessments levied subsequent to date of option for public improvements chargeable to Capital Accounts, Purchaser has right to exercise option at any time by delivering to Title Insurance and Trust Company, as escrow holder, full amount of purchase price and delivering to Land Company written notice of such fact, and to furnish Land Company plans, together with evidence of written agreement for construction upon the option parcel of a good and substantial concrete tilt-up office and warehouse building containing a floor area of not less than 20,000 sq.ft; Land Company to deliver to Purchaser, through escrow, grant deed conveying the parcel subject to:
