Section 10. Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state and municipal laws and ordinances and with the regulations and orders of any governmental, state or municipal body or authority having jurisdiction in the premises and will procure at its own expense all licenses and permits required of the Contractor for the work hereunder. Section 11. The Contractor, at its own expense,agrees to fully and faithfully comply with all of the provisions of the Nevada Industrial Insurance Act, and that before the commencement of any work under this contract the Contractor will deliver to the Nevada Industrial Commission a notice, duly executed by Contractor, to the effect that the Contractor accepts the provisions of said Act and any subsequent amendments thereto. Section 12. Contractor further agrees to procure and keep in effect during the life of this agreement^ at its sole cost and expense, Contractor’s Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance and Contractor's Contractual Liability and Property Damage Insurance.
