This, the board pointed out, showed the necessity • of immediate action and the program was swung into high gear. - A three-point plan was outlined by the board at its meeting gnd included: 1— Determination of a policy for the preliminary financing of the district. 2— Outline of a definite policy with the Colorado river commission regarding the water available and the cost to the district. ; 3—Immediate appraisal of the Las Vegas Land and Water company’s distribution system, which will become an integral part of the system which will be set up by the district.
