I agree.COPY PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OP NEVADA April 5 , 19*1-9 Las Vegas Land and Water Company Las Vegas, Nevada Attention: Mr. A1 Folger Dear Al: This is in reply to your letter of March 29 regarding the applicable rate on a private swimming pool in the tract of Bonanza Village. I have discussed this matter with Chairman Allard and we are of the opinion that for a private pool of this size the charge should not exceed i$10 per month. And it might be proper that a smaller charge than that be made. This chabge would be made only during the months that the swimming pool is in use, unless, however, it is in use all the year round. In view of the fact that the pool has a recapture device we do not deem that the amount of water would exceed ten thousand gallons per month, which would be necessary to replenish the present supply. I would appreciate hearing from you on this matter at your earliest possible convenience. Very truly yours, PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF NEVADA By /s/ Lee S. Scott Secretary COPY
