Prater) Omaha - July £8, 1944 W.O. £0£9 The June 1944 Form £733, "Report of Progress on Improvement Work", shows W.O. £0£9 for "Drill two additional water wells, construct pipe line and install additional booster pumping facilities, etc.", Las Vegas 99$ complete to date and turned over to operation June 5, 194£. Included in June accounts is expense bill favor Lane-Wells Co. for work performed on well No. 10, amount f£,459.66, per their invoice No. 14611 dated May 31, 1944, copy of which is attached. The question arises is this expense applicable to W.O. £0£9. Also, of what does this work consist, i.e., explain perforations also cementing, and state why necessary to do such work. Further if not applicable to W.O. £0£9, is it covered by some other authority and if not, will a new authority be issued. Please advise. F. J. KRSCEK
