The C ity A u th o ritie s advise th at i t w i l l be necessary to in s t a ll two f i r e hydrants to provide adequate f i r e p ro te c tio n to the su bdivision , the estimated cost o f constructing 6* cast iro n water lin e s to these hydrants is $240,00 which amount is not su bject to refund. In a d d ition i t w i l l be necessary that you secure fro® the c i t y &t your own expense the two fir © hydrants, th© cost o f which w i l l lik e w is e not be subject to refund. Each o f the above estimates includes a contingency item o f 10J, which is to cover any unforeseen increase in m aterial and other co st.
