ftmt 15# 1950 W 9-2-5 Heva&a. Industrial Commission Oar son City Nevada Gentlemen: In computing monthly premiums payable to Hevada Industrial Oomralssion, It has been our practise to report wages paid General Manager, Assistant General Manager and OtsKJker as Clerical and compute prendtsa at the rate of 25 dents per H og • oo | plus 10# for o %0• premiums# For the past two months, the Commission has taken exception to the premium paid for General Manager and Assistant General Manager, and correction notice received with receipt or our remittance shows that the premium rate has been adjusted to #2*00 per #100*00 of v&ges# plus 10# for 0«D. premiums. Mo exception, however, has been taken by the Commlsalon to the premium paid on Checker* a wages* This matter is called to your attention before Issuing an additional voucher to determine and advise whether the risks of those positions on which exceptions taken are such as to warrant Increasing the premium from 25 cents to #2*00 per #100*00* Since the checker Is considered a field man and drives his own o&r, it appears that the risks of lite position would be greater than that of a clerical employe* Will you kindly advise* Very truly yours.
