Johnson Please refer to toy letter to you of September 8, 1960, with which I forwarded duplicate originals and three (3) copies of proposed Quit Claim Deed "N,,L.D. 3248, being a quit claim of easement covering Parcel 1 of Easement Strip No. 5 in Las Vegas heretofore granted to Las Vegas Valley Water District in Deed Audit #5352, to be handled in con­junction with proposed MNnL.D. 324/. said Quit Claim Deed and I have therefore revised the same using the correct description previously furnished to me by Mr. Hammill. approval as to form, please forward the same to Mr. Hammill for further handling in conjunction with "NML.D. 3247. Said document should be executed by the President and attested by the Secretary of the Las Vegas Valley Water District with the seal of said District placed thereon, and the same should be notarized before a Notary Public for the purpose of record­ation. of proposed "N"L.D. 3248 transmitted with my letter of Sep­tember 8, 1960, and am requesting Messrs.
