connected with said existing walls or said proposed new well m the shop grounds), hut ineluding automotive, shop and other equipment, material and supplies belonging to Las Vegas Land and Water Co., and all additions and betterments ( Ineluding the 14 inch pipe line, tank and pumping facilities under construction to serve Hyde Park and property in the area of Hyde park), as the same exists as of September 1, If52,(and all additions and betterments under construction as the same exist as of September 1, 1952^} In the event any such additions and betterments are under construction as of that date, but have not been completed, you will bear the cost of such additions and betterments in so far as they existed as of September 1, I f ft, and the District will bear the cost of all work done on said additions and betterments subsequent to September 1, 1952. It is understood that additions and betterments under Rule 9 Contracts are excluded from the provision of this subsection BdH.
