COPY__________COPY__________COPY pl' ' June 23, 1950 Pioneer Title Instance & Trust Co. 113 South 4th Street Las Vegas, Nevada Gentlemen: This letter is to inform you that the Building Department of the City of Las Vegas has examined the plans prepared "by Aloysius McDonald A. I. A. for a newspaper publishing plant for the McNeil Construction Co., and find that such building and occupancy is permissable on the location on North Main Street as shown on the architects drawings, and that it complies with the zoning ordinance of Las Vegas. The Ground floor area of the proposed construction is in excess of 10,000 sq. ft. A permit for construction of same may be issued upon formal application. Very truly yours, (SIGNED) 0. J.
