STEWART, et al., to W.A. CLARK, 11 dated December 8 , 1902, and recorded in Book U of Real 12 Estate Deeds at page 222, Lincoln County, Nevada, Rec- 13 o r d s . 14 (b) All water production, storage and transmission 15 facilities and all improvements of every kind and char- 16 acter located upon the land referred to in subparagraph 17 (a) of this Section 1 on the sale date. Without limit- 18 ing the generality of the foregoing it is agreed that 19 said facilities, as of September 1, 1952, Include three 20 natural springs and springhouses, 11 water wells, three 21 settling basins, one concrete reservoir of 1,200,COO- 22 gallon capacity, one concrete reservoir of 2,500,GOO- 23 gallon capacity, pipe lines connecting said springs and 24 wells with said settling basins and reservoirs, three 25 pumping stations, power lines, transmission lines, 26 fences and other facilities appurtenant to said water 27 28 3.
