File t/ THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the /^>_____ 1 day of 1953, by and between LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called "Company," Party of the First Part, and RICHARD R. STADELMAN, whose place of business is 425 Carson Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinaftsr called "Subdivider," Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: RECITALS WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of dis­tributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in the development of certain property in Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, and has made application for water service to serve said property; and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to serve said property with water, pursuant to its rules and regulations on file with the Public Service Commission of the State of Nevada; AGREEMENT ARTICLE I. SUBDIVIDER AGREES: 1« At its sole cost and expense to furnish all necessary materials and labor for the construction of, and to construct, in the location shown in yellow on the attached map, dated May 28, 1953, by this reference incorporated herein, the following: (a) Approximately 140 LF of 6" cast iron water mains. - 1 - A /
