My Dear Mary.

I have fallen

far short of my calculations in writing

in weaving, it has kept me very

closely employed in houseworks etc.
line 10
It is Sat. and of course lots of work
line 11
to do, but I arose early this morning
line 12
and got my Sat. cleaning all done
line 13
that I might write, several letters
line 14
that are awaiting an answer.
line 15
By-the-way did Mr. Bunker arrive?
line 16
I have been quite anxious to find
line 17
out how his visit turminated —
line 18
with love and best wishes, I persume,
line 19
and his safe arrival.
line 20
I hope that Levi is well ere this?
Has Clara and gone to the Muddy. Ma said that she did not expect me home with HebQ, but as there has been so much work to do it is fortunat that I did not stay. But the temptation was very great and at one time I almost yielded but for once in my life denied my self a pleasure. I shall never forget my pleasant visit with you and hope that you will soon come and see us. Have you a school yet? I am quite anxioufc about a situation and hope the winter will not see one without work.
Well, Mary my dear. I can only write you a very short letter as my time is drawing nigh.
I will plead with you to LoLept this -tetter- and I will promise a longer one next time Write to me soon
Yours Lovingly Nellie
