I t would seem to me, a ft e r reading M r .T ilto n ’ s re p o rt, that w ith proper care and su pervision , th is pipe lin e can be made to g iv e reasonably good s e rv ic e fo r some l i t t l e time t o come, and with but s lig h t expense fo r keeping i t in good re p a ir.
