To obtain fu ll benefit o f available water head developed by storage reservoir, and supplement present 16 inch lin e unable meet requirements during peak periods of use. 1928 Budget for reservoir and pipe line work o rigin a lly proposed construction of pipe lin e into Vegas shop grounds, water storage tank, etc. but this was not approved by Omaha o ffic e and we were instructed provide reservoir and certain portion of pipe lin e this year and program balance, making 3 year program of entire layout. 1929 Budget item mentioned above is second years' program.
