I agree.Mr. L. A. White? 7 We have been carrying in our uncollected accounts for the past three months an item of $h5.00 covering rental of Room #7 in the Company Rooning House to former Conductor s. D. Smith, this was for the months of March, April and May. Conductor Smith left here during the latter part of February, but failed to turn in his bey and relinquish the room. While he did not occupy it, he had hie belongings stored therein. We have been unable to contact his at M s mailing address and the Superintendent* office advises he has been dismissed from the service for over-staying his leave. 1 see no prospect of collecting the rental accrued la oar accounts and recommend it be written off.
