    On motion duly seconded, the following resolution was unanimously adopted: WHEREAS, the Las Vegas Land and Water Company (called "Water Company") has entered into Agreement C.L.D. No. l4255» dated May 2 3 , 1 9 6 2 , with the County Sanitation District No. 1 5 of Los Angeles County (called "District"), providing for con­struction by Water Company of San Jose Creek Trunk Sewer, in the City of Industry, California, at Water Company's cost, said agreement providing, upon completion of said San Jose Creek Trunk Sewer, the Water Company shall sell and transfer said sewer to said District for price equal to cost of construction, less $158,000.00. The Water Company will sell said sewer for $1 5 8 ,000.00 less than cost of construction in lieu of payment to said District of annexation and connection charges. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing Agreement C.L.D. No. 14227, dated April 19, 1 9 6 2 , between Las Vegas Land and Water Company (called "Water Company"), and Van Vorst Properties, Inc. (called "Van Vorst"), and E. C. Woodward and Citizens National Bank, formerly Citizens National Trust and Savings Bank of Los Angeles, as Trustees under the Will of August V. Handorf, deceased (called "Handorf"), covering apportionment of costs, and granting of rights of way, relative to construction of San Jose Creek Trunk Sewer, County of Los Angeles, California, and providing for prorating of said $1 5 8 ,000.00 on an acreage basis which equals -5-
