Eg '; cate of Appropriation was recorded May 14, 1930, in Book 1 of Water Appropriations,.Page 76, in the office of the County Recorder of Clark County, Nevada. The land above described is conveyed subject to: 1. All conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and Certificates of Appropriation of Water of record. 2. General and special taxes for the year 1954, in-eluding any special district levies, payment for which is Included therein and collected therewith. Said Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Grantor, also assigns, transfers and conveys to said Las Vegas Valley Water District, Grantee, its successors and assigns, all of its rights and interests as the successor and assignee of the Grantee and Covenantee in and to the covenants contained in that certain Deed dat-ed July 17, 1953, executed by Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Com-pany, Grantor and Covenantor, to Union Pacific Railroad Company, Grantee and Covenantee, conveying the land hereinabove described, and which Deed was recorded July 31, 1953, in Book 7 1 , Page 278, of Deeds in the office of the County Recorder of Clark County, Nevada. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns forever.
