NqL0474 tofresp. ffla______ THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the 3 day of -----» 1948, by and between LAS VEGAS LAUD AMD WATER COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called "Company", Party of the First Part, and CONTRACTORS EQUIPMENT & SUPPLY CO., INC., a Nevada corporation, with place of business located at 1034 South Main Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter called ?Subdivider", Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: R E C I T A L S WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of distributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in subdividing a portion of Block Four (4) of Mayfair Tract No. 2, Las Vegas, Nevada, as per plat there­of on file and of record in Book 2 of Plats at Page 47, Clark County, Nevada Records, all in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, and has made application to the company to extend its water mains as follows: Commencing at a connection vith the existing main at Lewi8 Avenue, thence southerly a distance of approxi­mately 350* to the north line of Lot 15; then commenc­ing at a connection with the existing main at the east side of 17th Street, thence westerly 700’ more or less to the east side of 16th Street; then commencing at the southeast corner of Lot 25, thence northerly 400' more or less to the Northeast corner of Lot 4l; thence at right angles easterly 300* to a connection with the above described water main at the northeast corner of Lot 34. - 1 - A -3S '
