CALL OF SPECIAL MEETING TO: HELEN SCOTT, CITY CLERK CITY OF LAS VEGAS, NEVADA A Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, is hereby called to be held in the Board of Commissioners Room in the City Clerk's Office, Thursday the 12th day of March, at the hour of 2:00 P.M., on said day to consider the following: 1. For the purpose of authorizing Mr. Thos. Gambill, Secretary and Mr. David Mackey, Chief of Police to attend a school of training under the auspices of the F.B.I. to be held during a six day period from March 16, to 21, 1912 at Reno, Nevada, _________Pat Clark Mayor (pro tem) TO: Howell C. Garrison, Mayor and to Pat Clark, M. C. Tinch, A. F. Smith, Sr., and A. P. Rubidoux, Commissioners of the city of Las Vegas, Nevada. You and each of you will please take notice: That pursuant to a call this day issued by the Mayor of the City of Las Vegas, a Special Meeting of the Board of Com­missioners of the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, will be held in the Board of Commissioners Room in the City Clerk's Office Thursday, the 12th day of March, 1912 at the hour of 2:00 P.M., on said day to consider and act upon the following business: 1. For the purpose of authorizing Mr. Thos. Garrison with the following members present: Commissioners Tinch, Clark and Smith. City Clerk Helen Scott. Absent: Commissioner Rubidoux. Commissioner Smith moved that Mr. Gambill, Defense Warden and David Mackey, Chief of Police, be and hereby are authorized to attend the six day school of training offered by the FBI on War Traffic and that they be reimbursed for their actual necessary expenses incident to attendance at said meeting provided; that they submit their claims in compliance with Ordinance No. 240, Section 2 and 4; together with motions carried by unanimous vote of the Board of City Commissioners July 5th, and August 18th, 1941, said expenses to be taken from the Commissioners fund.
