The following suggestions are made as to the form of agreement submitted which should have consideration in its final preparation: 1. Page 1. line 19. Change the word ’’it” to "the User". 2. Page 2. line 10. Insert the word "said" before "needs". 3. Page 2. lines 18 to 25. The last column in the schedule of rates is headed "Service Charge". The amounts shown in this column are the sumB of the cost of the meter and the pipe line. It is not clear whether the User is to be required to pay the amount in the Service Charge Column in addition to the other amounts. If this Service Charge column merely indicates the total to be paid by the User, it would seem best to head it "Total Service Charge" instead of "Service Charge". Further, the schedule shows a fixed rate of $15.00 for the pipe line and installation, regardless of the size of the pipe or the length thereof.
