COPY WESTERS METAL BALING COMPANY 421^ West Bonanza Road Las Vegas, Nevada June 21, 3j4f Mr. A. M. Polger kQl South 2nd Lae Vegas, Nevada Bear Mr. Folger: This is to confirm our telephone conversation of the 21st of June, regarding our construction of a loading platform on the property we now have leased from the Railroad. We have approximately 29 feet from the railroad to our fence, giving us what we believe to be sufficient room to build a good safe platform. We have staked out the platform as we would like to have it ereoted. We would appreciate it very much if you would have your engineers check the location of these stakes and advise us if it will conform to the safety requirements as set forth by the Railroad. It le clearly understood by the undersigned that in the event the Railroad wants to put in another spur track through the location we planned to erect our platform we will remove said platform at our expense. However, in the event the property is returned to the railroad we will leave the loading platform intact so that it may be used by other tenants. As you can readily understand it Is absolutely essential to our operations that a platform be constructed on our lot so that we may load our accumulated scrap as well as our receiving both equipment and scrap materials. Your cooperation in having your engineers check our plans for safety will be greatly appreciated. Very truly yours, WESTERN METAL BALING COMPANY //%s// Dave Wolsinger D&vo Wolsinger Owner COPY
