_ 9 - \ RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing and delivering lease agreement, N. L. D. No. 442, dated April 1, 1938, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Will Beckley, covering sign board site, located on North Main Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, for terra beginning April 1, 1938, and extending to April 1, 1939, rental $>30.00 per annum, payable in advance, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing and delivering lease agreement C. L. D» No. 1945, dated April 5, 1938, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and George Young, doing business as George Young & Son, covering north one-half of vegetable packing shed at 679 South Myers Street, Los Angeles, California, to be used for the packing of vegetables, rental $37.50 per month, payable monthly in advance, for term beginning April 1, 1938, and extending to April 1, 1939, with right, at any time during terra thereof, of leasing the entire vegetable packing shed at monthly rental of $75.00, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
