of Clark, State of Nevada, be and the same shall continue to be the principal place of business in the State of Nevada of this corporation; and be it further RESOLVED, that a Vice President and Secretary of this corporation be and they are hereby instructed to certify to and file a copy of these Resolutions in the office of the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada, and likewise a copy of these Resolutions with the County Clerk of Clark County, State of Nevada; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President E. H. Bailey and Assistant Secretary S. J. How in executing Construction Agreement C.L.D. No. 15881 covering construction of sewer line extension to serve FMC Corporation in City of Industry, California, dated February 16, 1968 and effective September 12, 1967, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and George Miller Construction Company, a California Corporation; work to be performed within sixty (60) calendar days after effective date, contractor furnish­ing all supervision, labor, tools, machinery and materials and all other items as required to construct sewer line, manholes and all appurtenances thereto as necessary to serve the Land Company’s property; total estimated cost of work constructing this approx­imately 911 lineal feet of 12-inch extra strong pipe, sewer line, with its necessary appurtenances, is $9,759.00; it being understood that said amount is an estimate only and that final amount due \ -2-
