Water fo r construction of school "building. Las Vegas, Nevada, May 5, 1910. Mr. H. T. Bettis, Vice Pres. & Auditor, Las Vegas Land & Water Go., Los Angeles , Gal. Dear Sir," Referring to our recent conversation in reference to water for erection of the new sohool building. I wish you would kindly advise me, at your early convenience, what rate should be charged, if a flat rate, as I cannot find anything in the franchise that would cover this rate; or if a meter, should they be required to purchase larger meter than our regular 3/4" Trident.
