Original for_Water, Company c o n t r a c t i S I f e M S AUD 'KO.^ THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the day *f /Yoi/lyV\htjr', 1951, by and between LAS VEGAS LAUD AND WATER COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called "Company", Party of the First Part, and S. M. PAHOR, an individual, vith address at 2021 Edgevood Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada, acting for and on behalf of himself and as attorney in fact for property owners hereinafter designated, hereinafter called "Subdivider", Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: RECITALS WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of distributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider, acting for himself and as attorney in fact for the owners of property located within the area outlined in red on the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", identified as Drawing B-562, dated October 5, 1951, has requested the company te extend its water mains to a connection with an existing 6" water line serving said property, and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to extend its water mains and to furnish water to serve said property upon the following terms and con­ditions; A G R E E M E N T NOW, THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: ARTIH3S I Subdivider agrees: 1.
