Notice 
[not legible] the undersigned do hereby locate and claim fifteen feet for mining purposes on this Lead,Lode or ledge or deposit of [not legible] bearing rock and ore to be known and described as the Continental Mine.
Commencing at the monument upon which this notice is placed and running Easterly [not legible] hundred and fifty feet from this notice of monument and [not legible] hundred and fifty feet westerly from this notice or monument 
This notice being the centre
[not legible] on and along said Lead, Lode or Ledge, or deposit of [not legible] bearing rock and ore and including three hundred feet on each side. Thereof for mining and working purposes
Sent to Pioche for Record
[not legible] [not legible] and minted a hold and work said claim and mining ground in accordance with the Mining Laws of the United States approved May 10th 1881 and in accordance with the Mining Laws of El Dorado Canyon Mining District Lincoln County, State of Nevada
